1: Design a poster advertising two available spots
in a boyband that already have a record deal with an independent
label- D-Von
Records. |

2: Set up a phone number, so people can leave messages
expressing their interest. |

3: Hang these posters in popular music venues and
hot spots around the city centre. |

4: Ring up local ads papers and leave all the details. |

5: Wait for people to show interest, and send them
out an application form. |

Step
6: Rent a P.O. Box for receiving all correspondence,
to remain anonymous. |

7: Gather all the applications and pick the 14 most
incompetent. |

Step
8: Inform the other applicants that they are not suitable
for audition. |

9: Book a session in local Community Hall, a few weeks
before the auditions. |

Step
10: Find people to film it - preferably two of your
friends who study film and animation and have plenty of
experience. |

11: Inform all 14 successful applicants of the date
and time of their audition.
Note: The auditions were held on Saturday 7th April 2001
between 11am - 6.30pm, allowing a 30min slot each. |

12: Turn up in flashy cars with mobile phones, suits
and a laptop. |

13: Audition all 14 applicants throughout the day,
which includes 1) Personal interview, 2) Dance routine,
3) Voice test. |

14: Film the whole thing. |

15: Edit the film down to about 30mins of hilarity.

16: Watch with your friends, and laugh your ass off. |
To add
to the whole boyband theme, the Dudemasters wrote their own
boyband song (in 34mins), to use as the soundtrack for the
film, called "What
have you done for me lately?"
